Fixed & removable bridges

A missing tooth isn't just cosmetic: over time it throws off your whole bite. A bridge solves it naturally.

Approximate duration2 to 3 visits

AnesthesiaLocal during preparation (fixed bridge)
RecoveryA few days to adapt

A dental bridge replaces one or more missing teeth by anchoring to the neighboring teeth. A fixed bridge is permanently cemented and feels almost like your own teeth; a removable one attaches with clasps and can be taken out for cleaning.

When a tooth is missing, its neighbors tilt into the gap and the opposing tooth drifts out of place. Replacing it in time is simpler — and cheaper — than correcting a collapsed bite later.

What does the procedure look like?

What does the procedure look like?

01

Anchor evaluation

We verify that the neighboring teeth and their gums are healthy enough to support the bridge.

02

Preparation & impressions

We prepare the anchor teeth (for fixed bridges) and take precise molds of your mouth and bite.

03

Lab fabrication

The bridge is custom-made in your chosen material. You wear a temporary in the meantime.

We cement the fixed bridge or fit the removable one until chewing and speaking feel completely comfortable.

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

Fixed or removable — which is right for me?

Fixed offers more comfort and better esthetics but requires healthy, firm anchor teeth. Removable is more affordable and works well when several teeth are missing. We'll explain both with clear pricing at your evaluation.

How long does a bridge last?

A well-cared-for fixed bridge lasts 10–15 years or more. The key is hygiene under the bridge — we'll show you exactly how to clean it.

Will it be obvious that it's a bridge?

No. Today's materials mimic natural tooth shape and color, and the bridge is designed to blend into the rest of your smile.
