Piedras Negras Dental Clinic
Orthodontics
Orthodontics isn't just cosmetic: a well-aligned bite cleans easier, wears less and works without pain.
Orthodontics corrects the position of your teeth and how your upper and lower arches meet. With braces or aligners, we move teeth gradually and predictably toward a straight smile and a functional bite.
More adults than ever are getting treatment — teeth move at any age. If you couldn't do it when you were younger, now is a great time, with more discreet options than ever.

Frequently asked questions
Frequently asked questions
Am I too old for braces?
No. Teeth move at any age — we treat patients from 12 to 60+. What we evaluate is the health of your gums and bone, not your age.
Do braces hurt?
The first days and after each adjustment there's a pressure-like soreness, not sharp pain. It's easily managed and fades in 2–3 days.
How do appointments work if I live in the U.S.?
Adjustments are every 4–6 weeks and we schedule around your border crossings. Many of our orthodontic patients live in Eagle Pass and follow their treatment without any trouble.
