Badly positioned wisdom teeth don't fix themselves. Removing them in time prevents pain, infections and damage to neighboring molars.
Wisdom teeth (third molars) are the last to erupt, usually between ages 16 and 25. The problem: most mouths no longer have room for them, so they come in tilted, partially erupted, or stay trapped in the bone.
When that happens they can cause pain, swelling, recurring infections, decay in the neighboring molar and even crowd your other teeth. An X-ray evaluation tells us exactly how they're positioned and whether removal is advisable.

Panoramic X-ray
We see the exact position of each wisdom tooth, its roots, and its relation to nerves and neighboring molars.
Extraction plan
We decide whether to remove them one at a time or by sides, and schedule around your availability.
Extraction under anesthesia
With the area completely numb, we remove the tooth using the technique its position requires.

Do they need to come out even if they don't hurt?
Not always — if they have room and are healthy, they stay. But a trapped wisdom tooth can silently damage the molar next to it. A panoramic X-ray gives us the answer.
Is the recovery rough?
The first 2–3 days bring swelling and soreness, manageable with medication and cold compresses. Most patients are back to their routine within days.
Can I have all four removed at once?
It depends on each tooth's complexity and your preference. Many patients prefer one side first, then the other once healed. We'll decide together.
